Filmed, animated, and edited using the RGBtoolkit which merges the image from a DSRL with the depth data of a Kinect camera, allowing the image to be deconstructed into 3D geometry. It also enables the animator to produce 3D camera moves in post, and the ability to use the 3D data to create animations. The matte grey shots, and painting in code were created seperately in cinema 4d using data from RGBD.
